Of course. You can't just the whole population of women based on the few that you know. Sort of goes with the saying, "You can't judge a book by its cover". You can't see a female and automatically assume that she's arrogant, even if she appears so on the outside.
I could say that you're judgemental, just because you asked this question, but that definitely doesn't make it true. I don't know you, and I have no right to judge you.

I'd say the difference is natural beauty versus made up beauty. These women you're talking about must be pretty because of what they do to themselves, like their makeup and hair. You can also question if what they have is real. They are the ones who are vain and care too much about their appearance.
Natural beauties tend to not care, and can get away with very little or no makeup and throw their hair up in a ponytail or just leave it down. I suppose you'd label them as "real".
To care about your own appearance and take care of yourself is one thing, but to obsess over it isn't good. It sounds like some of these ladies you speak of are shallow. You have to be who you are, not what you make yourself up to be. Unfortunately in this day and age, women tend to follow what's popular in magazines and on tv, and try too hard to be someone they aren't. That's where eating disorders, and boob jobs come from.
The question now is, can you pick out the natural beauties from the fake ones?
Good luck there! lol

If they are worrying about their hair and makeup more than likely they aren't pretty after all the makeup is removed.. that is why they are constantly adjusting it!
Therefore pretty girls are rarely vain or shallow they don't have to spend time adjusting the makeup.

Not really. I'm as you describe to a point, but worse I guess because my list is a lot longer than, "Be hot and have money". There's hardly any women I know who care about looks and money as much as I do. Eh. Over all though, not many of my hot girl friends are with guys who aren't also pretty hot. Just makes sense, we all wanna be attracted to who we're with, looks matter to pretty much everyone, just to varying degrees =o)

I get told I'm pretty A LOT, but I'm not vein, I spend little to no time on anything other than sleeping, but somehow I still attract all kinds of people, men, women, teenagers... doesn't seem to matter... *shrugs* I can;t figure it out, I don't think I'm all that pretty... I'm okay, I'm not ugly, but I'm really not that pretty either... *shrugs* who knows!!!

many pretty women are real and not shallow or necessarily wearing makeup. Many pretty women dont know theyre pretty and many not so pretty wopmen are obsessed with themselves.

To re-phrase your question...
Those are real women...
They are pretty... and they know it.
They intend to use their good looks to obtain everything they can possibly get out of life.
And why should they not do so... Everyone of us use whatever we got as a bargaining chip to better our life.

No. My best friend is beautiful and she is one of the sweetest, most caring people I know. I think this is an overused strereotype.
