DO EXERSISE IN THE MORNING.IT NOT ONLY DEPENDS ON FOOD WHAT U TAKE BUT ALSO THE MIND POWER OF THINKING THAT U ARE FIT ALWAYS.

If you walk 45 minutes three days a week for a year you can loose, on average, a total of 24 pounds in one year without even changing your diet!! Just think what could happen if you walked everyday and ate good! Cutting back on cokes can also help. 2 cokes a day can add up to 5 pounds a month! Instead of cokes, try drinking some kind of juice or water with the crystal light packages in them. Also instead of taking the elevator use the stairs, do some crunches while watching t.v., or you can turn up your music when you clean and do some dancing. Not only will you stay fit, but doing these things will make you feel all around healthy! Hope this helps ya a little bit.

I would find a sport you r interested in...
Practice if for a few months and then when try outs roll around try out for the team. After all this practice ur leg muscels will b better ull be stronger and you'll b good at the sport....&& if you make it then you'll be getting a workout everyday in practice!
If you dont make the team then that's o.k. 2 that wuld give u more time to go to the gym and workout and then you can make next years team!

Eat healthy. No processed foods. Raw vegetables. Drink only water.

Exercise. Get ANY cardiovascular workout at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes a day. Whatever exercise works for you is fine as long as you get your heart rate up.

Play a game at home with your wife or children, if you are too busy to go to a club and play. And need more time to stay with your family.
Table Tennis is quite good.
Balanced food, more of vegetables and less of meat, is being recommended, these days. Egg is also allowed, for youngsters.

simple way always exercise and dont diet..just eat whatever u want to but the same day exersie depending on what u ate

go to gym once a week.
no mcdonald, wendys, or burgerking, italian. Jst Chinese, Japanses grilled or salad with little dressing. eat sea food or fruits. If you eat like that, i think u dont have to go to the gym.

MULTIVITAMINS AND NEVER DO DIETING
IT MAKES YOUR FACE LOOK MORE MATURE.TRY TO DANCE.NEVER JUST
SIT IN FRONT OF TV AND COMPUTER
IT WILL MAKE U FAT BECAUSE THEN U WOULD NOT WALK AND BE FATY.NEVER EAT MANY CHOCOLATES.I AM BODY GURU.
