My Discus fishes have some fin diseases(I saw some white parts at the fins) and they are quiet and staying at the upper corner of the tank. But they eat. We normally can't buy medicines that I see on the webpage from our country, Myanmar. So should I change about the half of water to add fresh water? How should I treat them if I cannot buy any medicine? Appreciate for your supports.

Sounds like finrot. Unless it is fuzzy - if its fuzzy, it's a fungus.

Either way, it should be easy to treat without medications. First, raise the temperature a few degrees. I know discus like it warm already but a few more degrees will help boost the healing.

Do a large water change (40-50%).

Add 1 round tablespoon of aquarium or kosher salt per 5 gallons of water to the tank.

Keep the water very clean (do weekly water changes of 30-40%). If you see redness, you can spot-treat with hydrogen peroxide, but catching and handling the fish may be more stressful than it's worth, so proceed with caution and only if you not see improvement from the salt.

Finrot is caused by stress and/or overcrowing and/or dirty water. Test your ammonia and nitrate and nitrite levels to make sure the water is clean, and make sure the tank is warm enough for discus, and big enough, and your discus should recover nicely.

Discus Diseases

Discus are difficult fish. The HITH is likely from lacking water quality. They want perfect water all the time and high temperatures in the 80s. Brine shrimp is not a proper diet either, lacking in nutrients. You need a more varied diet for sure! Get a book on discus and go from there. There is too much you need to know that can be provided here. While yo do your research, add variety to their diet and increase water changes to improve the water quality at the bare minimum! I doubt it is the fault of the fish store other than they sold you fish they should have given you more information on, or told you that your tank was not suited for these difficult fish and recommended something more for beginners.

They have fin rot. If you can't buy medicine, then the best thing to do is frequent water changes and remove any aggresive fish.

Do a 50% water change (no more then that at a time) and a 25% water change every 4 days following.

Good luck

Fin Rot(bacterial)

Symptoms include:
Split or ragged caudal (tail) fins. Intial source may be from an aggressive fish in the tank. White stuff may appear on the tail.(bacteria)
Treatment:
If there is an aggresive fish in the tank, try to move it to a different tank. Use Mardel labs Maracyn-two or Tetracycline and treat injured fish in a hospital tank.
