Yes, a few people did die after having ridden. But all of them had pre-existing cardiac conditions they were not aware of..Mission Space was not faulty. All the higher intensity rides at Disney *Mission Space, Space Mountain, Body Wars, Rock N Roller Coaster..etc have warning signs plastered every few feet warning that pregnant women, children, people w/ cardiac issues or weak stomachs should not go on them.

Yes, 3 or 4 people died last year after coming off the ride. All of them had pre-existing conditons though even though some of them didn't know it.

Yes it is true. It's made to simulate take off into sapce, astronauts train forever to be able to handle that kind of force. Only Disney would think "Hey, let's make a ride that forces people to experience pressure like taking off to space. It'll be fun!" Duh! We regulare people are healthy enough to do that!
