You'd need to follow the proper legal procedures, but it could maybe be possible at 16. Most likely you'd need to have a care taker in the U.S. or go through the court system to be legal considered an adult or something. Then again, you might be 18 by the time that all gets worked out...

the USA is very picky about who and how they allow immigrations.. best way in would be to find a job and get the company to sponsor you, or to find a fiance who will marry you and let you in that way..

as a teen you may also be able to explore potential student visas..
