its a blessing getting my three year old to sit long enough to get dressed!! If he doesn't match I don't care-as long as he's got enough warm clothes on to keep him healthy this winter!

haha i always used to think that coz when i look at old photos i wore like the most random stuff like a pink top with bright red trousers or floral skirts or even little frocks lol. i see little kids now wearing random stuff that i wouldnt wear but i do thinkt hey look really cute. i always used to think that when i have my own child i'll dress them better and instead of giving my daughter a bob i'll let her have long her. but the thing is maybe i do agree to all the other people now, coz kids look cute no matter what. and if they arent complaing then make them wear that as they are too young to care about looks. they just want to be comfortable.

(IF I'm getting your question) It's about self esteem. When you look good in clean matching clothes, you feel better about yourself which translates into a good self image. I don't mean they need to be in expensive designer outfits or anything. You can dress your kids rather inexpensively, buying clothes at discount stores rather than big department stores, and still look good.

Who cares what kids wear, perhaps if we didn't dress them up in designer clothes and little outfits, then they would not turn into shop-aholics when they reach puberty.

let them develop thier own identity, the peer pressure will kick in around 13, so its not a problem. chill

kids should wear what they want... if they don't match or understand the idea of matching yet they are young enough that they're cute no matter what they wear
