Nip Tuck is more about sex and Desperate Housewives is about mystery and pg romance. I personally think Desperate Housewives and Lost are the best shows on TV, but I am sure you and others might have a different opinon.

They really can't be compared. They are totally different types of shows. However, I think Desperate Housewives is better.
