Go to My Computer, go to display, go to resolution, now go to a finer screen resolution. This will make the entire screen size smaller. There usually are just 3 choices.
Some machines must be shut down to take effect.
I had the opposite problem......too tiny to see.

Adjust your screen resolution: Right click on desktop and choose properties - display, raise your resolution settings.

The best way to do it is to go to:

Settings>Control Panel>[on the left pane "switch to category view"] Accessibility Options>Configure windows to work for your vision, hearing, and mobility needs>[then the wizard will guide you to all the steps needed]

i hope this solves your problem
