You might be coming down with a cold of some kind or if you have been trying, you may be pregnant. I would buy a pregnancy test and see what it says.

It is quite normal for a pregnant female to feel fatigue or sleepy. Pregnant females should get at least 10 hours of sleep instead of 8. The baby is using a lot of the mother's energy which causes fatigue. During the rest of the pregnancy, your girlfriend will become sleepier than before. She may want to take a nap during the afternoon.

it may just be the time of year-seems when the days are short and cool like now there is a type of "hybernation" response in humans. As the days get longer you should feel better. This is very common with people who visit or move to polar areas for research. It takes time to get used to. A couple of spring-like days will help-be patient and stay healthy!

That could be anything. Best thing like another said is to get a home pregnancy test and see. Also, drink more water, eat healthier and get lots of rest. If your test is negative and it doesn't go away see your DR.

Take a preg test to find out for sure. Anything could cause you to be tired such as stress, New Year's night, etc. Good luck!

they are signs of pregnancy. They are also signs of depression, anxiety, stress, and poor diet. Take a pregnancy test or see your doctor if you want a definitive answer.
