I believe that to achieve creativity... you need to achieve a sense of freedom.
By that I mean that your mind must not be corrupted by conformity... like having to work for a boss from 9 to 5 for year after year. You need to have some free time to think in order to achieve creativity.

How can it creativity be gender related. Its common to both of them. Whoever has something special talents to contribute this world out of his/her out poured being, shall very well offer with abundant love in it. Creation comes from the loving people. And anything offered for the sake of human welfare is creation only. And never assume that only the bigger things like arts and science are only creative ones. But even little activities like sweeping the floor, cooking for your beloveds, caring the kids, sharing your knowledge to the needy people, helping the disabledes etc, are all creative things only. So any body can be creative irrespective of the gender bias and differences.

No not necessarily the creativity is gender related. how ever it may be effected by the social bindings.

no, everyone is creative.
if your speaking of as in artistic, don't think so...it was 50/50 ratio both men and women in my art classes
as for artistic ability, it seems like some of it could be genetics
