A hoax, and a very old one at that. What exactly are you asking here?

Referring to Paul McCartney in the Beatles era. This was a hoax. Many things the Beatles said in music was a hoax. They did a lot of reverse lyrics. John Lennon once admited the song "I am the Walrus" was nothing more than their attempt to see what other people would make of it. The song actually had no intended meaning.

The theories of how life came from non-life comes are called abiogenesis. From that point on, evolution is what governed which self-replicating patterns persist and which die out. Perhaps having a working heart had some advantage to not having one, or having a non-working one? Just a wild guess, there.

Estimadisima Sol La Resistente:
Que asé tres vece que asé. That´s true Paul is dead, pero nadie lo recuerda al Inolvidable Paul, de sus memorables canciones tales como "Zamba of my hope" y "Chesterfield" (all my troubles seems so far away).
Vaya a Paul mi mas sentido y humilde homenaje.
Una pregunta: ¿quien catzo es Paul?
Atentamente

THE ANSWER IS ONLY A THEORY "Paul may-may not be dead"
my opinion is that the information is flawed, therefore can not be answered until the facts are made available.

Are you refering to the Paul Macartney Abbey Road photo thing? It hardly counts as a theory! Just proof that there's no idea so daft that some folk won't believe it!

It certainly sold a lot of records, but Paul is very much alive and going through a nasty divorce at the moment.

Made up by overzealous fans and general nutjobs.

For those who don't know, Paul was once in a group called The Beatles.

Jeez.

Michael F above is correct. This was during the age of LSD and people were "Tripping". Much of the music during this time was geared for tripping. The Beatles did little things like this to see how much people would "Trip" about it. It was "Groovy" man and like really "Far Out". ;-)
