They should first have changed the rules of the EU and change the voting system for decision.
Now important decisions have to be taken unanimous and with 27 countries this is not workable (wasn't workable with 25 either).
So they should have first agreed on a constitution for the EU before expanding it any further.
At least the EU put Belgium (or at least Brussels) on the map.

I'm with Curt. when I go to europe and see EU flags hanging over the country's flag, it gives me the creeps!!!!
