I had a Zen Buddhist marriage ceremony and have helped with them.

They tend to involve a Katsu, bit of chanting, burning of incense, an exchange of rings, more chanting, and a pronoucement of marriage by the priest. This is the Cliff notes version.

Except for the rings and the pronouncement of marriage, it's remarkably close to how a funeral is run.

It depends on the Buddhist sect. Buddhism is spread from Japan to Tibet to Thailand and the rituals and ceremonies differ.
