I just noticed this, after just browsing the ebuyer website, but they add the VAT onto the combined cost of both your item and the delivery cost.

I dont know my law that well, but I thought VAT was only levied on goods.

I dont know ANY other online company that does this...

Are they within their rights?

Ebay have vat as well. They check the country of your regitration and apply the correspondent VAT. It's sad but is the law!
