(Girls Only) How do you tell when your cup size on your bra is to small?

The first answer is good. I've never actually measured myself. I've always gone on how the bra feels and whether my breasts are falling out from the top. Here is a website that teaches you how to measure yourself correctly:

still, I would pick out a few different brands as even the same size could feel different. Just this last summer, I thought I'd try and see if I was a size lower than I've been wearing and it was too tight on my rib cage and too small on my breast. You'll probably know if you're wearing the wrong size.

Apparently, most women wear the wrong size bra, so we may not be the best source of advice in this matter! ;-) Your best bet would be to go to a store that provides bra fittings (I think Victoria's Secret & JC Penney do) and have them help you find the right size bra for your body.

i have worn the wrong bra size for years. until i went to victorias secret and they measured me. but if your breasts are smooshed up and hanging out or if you have like a roll of skin hanging out then you know. but if a bigger cup is too big (like there is loose bra) then try a half cup size. thats all i can tell you. but if you really want to know try victorias secret. tell them you want to get measured. more than likely you will end up buying one of their expensive bras but it will fit really good and you will feel sexy as ever in it and you will wear it with confidence! good luck!

The "girls" are spilling out way too much. You want a litlle bit of "umph" over the top but not so much that every time you bend over they come out of their shell(s)!
