why aren't these songs and cds available for download?

i got the zune pass and when i went to download some cds it said for all the songs "not available" on the download button. i thought maybe buying indivdual points would help but it still said the same thing. why?

Buying a pass to download music does not guarantee that you can get all the music you may want. The music service allows you access only to the music they have rights to. Music is a business and the rights to music is copywritten.
