If you have already install the anti-virus i would suggest you un-install it and start all-over again and also make sure after installation is complete it is important to re-boot your computer

You may have to go to settings or tools on the antivirus program and make sure the email settings is correct or go here and download AVG and it works with all emails and it one of the best ones on web.It is free,fast and works great.99% of the people on here @ yahoo q&a recommend AVG.

go to START then: run you type in: msconfig click ok check Normal Startup Apply go to the Startup tab click: Disable All Apply OK Restart You'll be clean until you surf..lots of things start up programs you don't want running. You may want to do this every time you reboot. Another thing...clean your cookies... In your browser you'll see "Tools" click on that and get "Internet Options" Browsing History Delete You may want to delete your cookies but then you'll have to enable them again when you browse. Hope this helps. You might also want to delve into some of your program files and see if there are any back-doors that need deleted from files. Namaste!
