You only need one shower curtain for the inside of the tub, if you don't care about looks. If you want a more decorative look, use one on the inside and a nicer one on the outside. Use one on the inside that has magnets built in at the bottom so that it stays in place when you close it. Consider shopping at someplace like Dollar Tree for the liner one since they're cheaper there and still come in colors. When you hang the inside one, be sure to put the "hem" side facing the tub, so that when you use it, water doesn't collect along the edge and become mildewed!

If the tub/shower has a round ring pole, just buy an extra set of shower rings, place the inner curtain on first then in between place the outer curtain. It actually looks good. Otherwise, just go to a store and buy another ring pole.

If It were a straight pole for a shower curtain, I'd say buy a tension rod for one of the curtain sets. Don't know if that would work with a ring type holder.

You may need to go with a single curtain. You know, they do make some that look like cloth but stilll don't need a liner. I had one, and liked it a lot.

You could treat this problem the same way that you would any other shower. You CAN have just one, plastic curtain on the inside, but if you care more for looks, just attach another, moire decorative curtain on the outside. You can even use the same set of rings.

The inside (the one in the tub) is made of rubber or plastic and the outer one is generally made of cloth like fabric.
