mitzpah - may the lord watch over you and me when we are apart from one another
there is probably another ring just like it- they usually come in pairs... sometimes made of coins that are cut in half. not necessarily jewish, but it is in the old testament

it is a jewish saying, but these rings themselves, are not made in jerusalem.
it is a popular (ish) uk design, or was! and they were mass produced. Rings of this design and wieght and quality, are probably made in birmingham. (jewellery quarter). and if so, will have an anchor symbol, as part of the hallmark.
Re below....masonic jewellery, or regailia as its known, is mainly made by "toy, Kenning, and Spencer", who are also, in hockley, birmingham!!
