I do! I do! In 77 and 69 revolution was in the air!! Think about how much cooler life coulda been if the hippie mentality had hung around!! That's the song that's on my myspace!! Not to mention I look cute when I have flowers in my hair!!

No, I wish I were a hippy with a mohawk or a shaved head. Why?
Hippies were about 'disestablishmentarianism' (big word, yes?), so they could accept someone who had a different hairstyle, or without flowers in their long hair. I wouldn't need safety pins either, they were only cheap symbolism.

That song is so annoying - punk rockers never wore flowers in their hair - safety pins in their nose maybe!
