from the black cohosh shop? lol. No seriously I don't know. However why not try alternatives? If you blush a lot try and rectify it if you can.
Surely prevention is better than cure? Research confidence building techniques and Assertiveness techniques. This should do the trick!

Black cohosh does not make you bypass into hard artwork. it could make you will if no longer used properly. in case you want to attempt something to initiate hard artwork try walking having intercourse or scrubbing the floor. communicate with your OB or midwife approximately how cohosh could be used to help contractions be greater sensible.

i am an alternative medicinal therapist and this should only be used for PMT or menopausal symptoms it is not for blushing, as this is not a hormonal condition. These types of medication have to be stopped for i week in every 6 to avoid liver problems

Health food shop such as Holland & Barretts. Boots do a dropper in a small bottle.. It is good for menopause. Costs less than £10.
I've resorted in HRT recently and its definately working..in fact cured in less than 3 months..

you can buy black cohosh at any drug store,
or supermarket in their vitamin section, or health food store.
I never heard about it stopping blushing, usually it is
used for hot flashes. Good luck!

lots of Internet sites sell it, health food stores, even Sainsburys.
It's not really for blushing, it's supposed to help women with hot flushes. You might get indigestion from it.
