This didn't happen to me, but a friend of mine found a tooth with a crown in her hamburger meat from... WAL MART..
She bit down on it, and thought she had lost her own tooth. When she realized it wasn't hers, she freaked the hell out! Talk about freaking disgusting!

A burned matchstick in a salad at a Waffle House in Hickory NC. I was playing a club in this town so it was the only place to eat after the gig. The very next night I came in and ordered a cheeseburger and told the waitress (same one as the night before), "hold the matches" and the manager threw me out. Go figure.

On my first day of college, I found the chicken EYE in the chicken noodle soup. To make matters worse, a girl at the next table found a claw.
Needless to say, I didn't eat much at the student union during college.

Crunched on a pebble once while trying to mow-down a falafel. Guess that lettuce wasn't washed, kinda bothered but still ate the rest (minus the rock).

A neon-orange, 2 foot long kinked hair.
Back in high school, I had this lunch lady who was about 70 years old with inexplicably dyed orange hair. I still retch at the thought of my near consumption of her with my pizza.

Cockroach, I went to a chineese restuarant and found a baby cockroach in my fried rice. needless to say, I got my money back and I called the Health Bureau. That was disgusting.

Maggots in a can of Tomatoes!!! I was so sick and grossed out!!!
Back to the store they went,I couldn't make anything with can tomatoes for a very long time after that.
