Given that New Years has just passed, I have pondered this question a lot...
I think my main gripe with life at the moment is that I have no one to share it with. I have had several long term relationships, but haven't ever found 'the one.' Sure, that might be an oft-used term, but I truly feel that everyone knows when they've found someone they can share the rest of their life with.
I've always enjoyed the company of my girlfriends, but I've known from the start that none of them are the one person I could truly be happy to live with forever. I can only hope that when that person comes along, I'll know... and more importantly, won't stuff it up beyond all recognition...
