The Tales series all have the same gameplay, but there is no direct sequel. it is rumored that tales of eternia is a sequel to symphonia because there are similar places, characters, the great tree Yggdrasill, and Martel. But it is at least 4000 years in the future from symphonia. For the full list of similarities, go to wikipedia.org and look up Tales of Symphonia. They list all the similarities between those two games.

Well, technically the Tales series continued; the next one is Tales of Legendia. But if you mean a direct sequel with the same characters.. that would be neat, too. ;)

heh, i think any game worth beating should have a sequel, except for FFX.
