dont worry about it will work, your motherboard can support your processor and dont worry about the voltage on the video card, your motherboard will take care of it.
please email if more help needed.

If you are delving into the world of pc building/rebuilding....you need to be able to read specs of both the motherboard you are looking at and the processor specs as well.....pull up the spec sheets for each component and do a comparison, and pay attention to the chipset, socket, and speeds, if something says it supports "upto" something then thats usually the measured cap of the product, it can usually go higher but thats all it supports. SO if you have a motherboard that "supports up to 3800" and a processor that is 3700 then that would mean it works. DUH

MSI Part No: MS-6702E-020 is K8T Neo2-F
Chipset
• VIA
http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=K8T_Neo2-F

There is no MSI K8N Neo2 FSR, Socket 939, Nvidia NForce3 listed on MSI, although they did make K8N Neo FSR.

The picture from the ikonpc website does show an Nvidia chipset, not the Via, but the part number they list corresponds to the K8T Neo2-F (MS-6702E-020).

in case you place an incompatible CPU in, the two the workstation won't initiate, or you will get some variety of BIOS errors message. yet i do no longer think of you should get that some distance. the only case i ought to think of of could be putting a center 2 in a mobo designed for a P4. Do you have any information you should furnish?

Everything looks good only thing I see could be the problem is make sure you get an AGP video bus, alot of newer mobos are pcix..
