Depending where it is at you may be able to take it out yourself. I have had my car for 11 years now and have had my share of dents.
Also my dad works on cars all the time. You wouldn't believe the dents you can take out of a car by just using a piece of duck tape! It has saved me loads of money. Just stick it over the dent, rub on it a little and pull it off as fast as you can. Doesn't even effect the paint at all. Sounds silly I know, but it works.
And if its in a place where this cant work then try finding a shop that may be able to take it out without damaging the paint. Cause if they cant a dent like that can cost anywhere between 300-1000 dollars. If they have to sand, paint, put a clear coat on, match the paint, buff etc.......

No idea how much it will cost to paint it. But if the dent is small and there isn't a crease in the dent, you can try using a plunger to remove it. Get the plunger from your bathroom, put it over the dent, push in and pull it. Just like plunging a clogged drain. It should pop right out, unless of course there is a crease in it. Then the dent is fixed for free and all you will have to worry about is the paint. Hope this works.

Try someone like Dent Devils or Chips Away. They specialise in dent removal and have reasonable rates to. Chips away came down and gave me a free no obligation quote and the price was a lot cheaper than I expected. You should be able to get yours done for under £100 by the sounds of things. Im sure Dent Devils offer a similar service.
Hope that helps

If I were you, I'd go round to a few garages round your way and ask for a quote. It changes from place to place.
I recently mashed up my transit on holiday in Wales. The suspension came away from the wheel arch. Must have been all them bloody winding roads and hills! But I told my family back in Ireland and they had an ask about, and I've found someone to do it for 100 euro, which is better than the grand I was told by some dodgy bloke in Wales! =)

do it yourself, use a strong magnet to pull it out. Or if you can get in behind it get a piece of wood (like a dowel) and knock the dent out with a hammer and the piece of wood. This is exactly how the guy in the shop will do it, but he will charge you a lot more.

easy. remove the plastic panel inside the door and smack it with a hammer but dont over kill with the wacking and it should come out easy. my car had a small dent like that but i used a strong suction cup and it popped out like new. Iv had alot of friends use the old smack it till it comes out trick and it works perfectly.
