I need a server with 15 terabyte. But I need for each terabyte a 100mbit unlimited bandwith line. And Intel Dual Xeon 3.0Ghz, 4gb Ram. Can you tell me where I can get a server like this and how much its cost monthly?
My Budget is up to 50'000$ monthly.

You definately have enough there, the server wouldnt be more then 8 grand if you build it yourself. The bandwith will be the expensive part because you will need a few t1 lines, and they charge to lay all 24 lines per "line" you purchase and then the monthly charge of course, but your in the clear under 50k

You'd be better off looking for a hosting company. You're not going to get that kind of bandwidth for anywhere near your budget except through a hosting center.
A single 100 mbit line can run $100k a month easily and it's only available in very limited locations. If you need 15 of them, you'd be looking at least $500k per month after multi-line discounts.
