Officially there is no legal age, as smoking dope is illegal. Only the use is tolerated. Most shops will not sell when you are below 18.

Remember that there is no such thing as a legal age for smoking dope, as dope is not legal here but only tolerated.
A coffeeshop that sells dope to people under 18, risks forced closure of the place.
But a 16-year-old smoking dope will not be arrested for smoking it.
So, it is those who make business that have to act in a responsible manner.........

it is not precisely criminal yet in maximum ecu countries you will not get arrested, only fined, once you're caught smoking ONE joint. of direction in case you have sufficient hashish for, say, extra desirable than 5 joints that is already a criminal offense and you would be arrested. Even in Holland issues are not what they was, the ultimate-wing conservative government is destroying the former liberties...
