Assuming that you already have World of Warcraft:
You will need to buy the actual expansion pack, The Burning Crusade, and install it. The expansion is $49.99.
Once you have it, you will still pay the same $15/month for your account that you've always paid. There's not any sort of additional monthly charge for the expansion.

If your asking will you be paying for $15 for WoW and $15 for Burning Ccrusade then no its still only 15$ a month, but if your asking do you need to pay $50 to buy the Burning Crusade then its yes you must buy burning crusade but then you only pay 15$ a month no matter if your playing just wow or the expansion too

The server fee is the same, you just have to pay for the burning crusade software.
