The computer will be used as a server computer to store all the data and need to be fully fuctional with ARC GIS Software. I'm just curious on what size harddrive can store this kind of data and what works best.

IMHO, I would get two harddrives, the first having the OS and what else you install on your computer.

With the second being for storage of data files and the program, with the hardrive specs being something like +80-120GB and a +5000 RPM speed to access the larger files.
