I assume you mean a debit card. If it has mastercard or visa on yes. But with a credit card you have legal protection on purchases over £100 in the UK. On debit cards - something goes wrong and ou lose your money! If you pay Paypal and you don't get the goods complain and make a claim within the time limit and complain by email and keep a copy of the email. A good idea to send a recorded delevery letter too.

eBay itself doesn't have anything to do with credit cards. eBay is composed of individual buyers, and sellers who set their own terms for sale of their merchandise. If an ad does not say it accepts all credit cards, then the seller doesn't accept credit cards.

As to PayPal, it verifies all credit cards before accepting them. they will tell you within 24 hours or less whether they will accept a prepaid credit card.
