Clinique Stay-True. I even had other people comment on my complexion when I started using it.

The Studio Fix foundation is extremely thick for an all over foundation- a good tip would be to use it only as a concealer. I also have really oily skin and I am currently using Neutrogena Healthy Skin Glow foundation. It is not thick and it will not break your skin out. No matter what foundation you use however, some amount of oil will come back. Have you tried using oil blotting sheets? Clean and Clear makes the cheapest ones I have seen or if you like cheap solutions like me- the toilet seat covers you see at any store restroom are made of the same exact material and work just as good for free!

I think the majority here love Stay True from Clinique, but the reality is that none of these foundations can correct the oiliness problem in the long run. Moreover, you may get a couple of hours of no shine and oil and then your skin will be as shiny as Sun. I have tried any foundation that you could name of. They all failed for different reasons. Colorstay by Revlon is the best in holding off the oil, but it is masky and it is hard to wash off. Mary Kay is not bad but the color selection is awful. Lancome, Chanel, Estee Lauder, NARS, Prescriptives, Origins, Clinique and the rest all end up being shiny at the end of the day. That said, try to perfect your skin as opposed to looking for a foundation. Use a concealer to cover the flaws and a blush or bronzer to get some color and you will be fine the whole day-

I have VERY oily skin and LOVE Mary Kay's Medium Coverage Foundation. It is the best I've used. I set it with a small dusting of powder and am good to go all day. If I am in a hurry, I use their creme to powder foundation and it is great, too, but a smidge oily.
I also use the Mary Kay oil control lotion 3 before I put my make-up on and it really makes a difference. It really keeps me shine free all day long.
Last but not least, I use the Mary Kay oil mattifier if I do happen to get oily during the day. you can put it on over make-up and it will dry to a powdery finish! They have great beauty blotters too.

I like L'oreal's Bare Naturale mineral foundation. It's not heavy like a liquid foundation but covers just as well.

honestly. i use a foundation primer beforehand. it creates a matte finish. powder soft and sets the foundation. it actually feels better on too. Smashbox "photo finish".
i love it. i'll even use it without foundation and my skin just looks so even and never shiny!
