basic anatomy... we develope the same for along time in gestation before organs start to differentiate..
and not all men have sensitve nipples, and some dispise having their nipples touched. same with women.. not all like it or are even particulary aroused by it.
personally nips are just sexy no mater what, but you have to respect your partner.

Same as the reason why men have nipples - all foetus start off female which makes a bit of a nonsense of the Adam and Eve stuff (apologies to the Christians)

Biologically, all embryos start off female and the template of the human body gives each person breasts.
In adults female through oestrogen have functional breasts whereas men's are dormant. However, start a chemical in-balance and men can grow breasts.
