We flew Stansted to Prague and it was about £70 return I think?
Travelling around Prague - take the tram every time. they go everywhere and are ridiculously cheap. If you need to get a taxi (ie from the airport or something) make sure you get a price from them 1st - otherwise they do try to skank you.
Things to do - the Jewish Cemetery, Prague Castle is a must, there are loads of art galleries and museums, loads of bars and restaurants, the Astronomical Clock, a fantastic restaurant/bar called Le Moulle which is Belgian - i spent A LOT of money in there!
best thing is buy a guide book from Amazon, second hand, couple of quid, and that will sort you right out. if you're going soon - it will snow without a doubt so have fun!!!!

I went to Prague from Manchester last year.
Flew with Chezch Airlines, and booked it through Lastminute.com.
Lastminute are great for booking holidays and are usually cheaper too.
There is lots to do in Prague, such as walking over the Charles Bridge, where there are lots of stalls selling handmade things and people doing pictures etc, going for a river cruise, visit the Museum of Torture (If you are into that kind of thing lol), there is the presidential palace where you can watch the changing of the guard.
There are also bus tours that leave from Old Market Square at intervals throughout the day. They are great. there is a commentary running though headphones in a language of your choice.
There are also walking tours. They leave from the Astronomical Clock (another good thing to see) which is on the old Market Square. Just don't go on the Ghost Tour - It's rubbish and clichéd, we ended up leaving the party and going elsewhere.
A good way of getting round is by using the tram system. You buy your tickets in newsagents. You have to stamp your ticket on the tram or bus, but we never lol, we just used them all day - they are only supposed to be valid within 90 minutes of stamping them.
When you arrive at the airport too, make use of the taxi's that are outside. They have a set fare, though the more of you there are, the cheaper it is per person.
That's all i can think of at the moment, i hope this has helped.

the tram is really cheap but so are taxis. You can get tickets in advance (as u cant buy tickets on the tram)
I liked the castle and the tower on the west side as well as all the old streets and restaurants. The zoo was really cool as well as wencelas square and the astonomical clock.
There are loads of wicked themed bars and restaurants in old cellars underground that are made up to be old fashioned. The night life can be pretty cool and very cheap as well.
I got dragged round the communit museum which was actually quite interesting.
Hope you have fun I loved Prauge!!!!

Stay at the hostel called the Czech Inn. Its such a modern hostel, that it has a hotel feel instead of a hostel. It's really cheap too, especially this time of year.
