Yes it's possible. I started getting them at 1 week pregnant. Only at first I thought I was just getting the flu, so it took me a couple of weeks to actually realize it was still there, so I knew something was going on. Go take a test now... but I recommend using the E.P.T. test because I used a generic meijer brand one, and a faint line came up- so I thought I could be pregnant, I just couldn't tell because the line was soooo light. So then I took the EPT test, and yep, I sure was!
Goodluck!

No its not too early. I experienced early symptoms with my 3rd son. Before the test would pick up a positive I was having very sore breasts which werent common for me. I waited a few days then it came up positive. Im sure you can feel nauseated and dizzy too by them. You can take a test a few days before you miss your period, or the day of the missed period.

First and earliest symptom is sore breasts...they really hurt. Also, unusual cravings or excessive hunger began almost immediately...
Everyone's different though...bet you could feel the nausea right away...go with your instinct! Good Luck! Congratulations...maybe!???

If you think you caught the egg then you can test 14 days after that.
OR a few days before your period.
I had sore boobs and period cramps 3 days before my period was due...tested positive!
