Fine example of the "butterfly effect". Dressing indecntly causes married men to look your way which could lead to divorce. Or maybe they won't get divorced, they'll just fight a lot causing the kids to grow scared of marriage. So the kids grow up and never really understand how a relationship between a man and a woman is supposed to work so they say "forget all that, I'll just go gay." .....
Good Lord the possibilities are literally endless. Nothing positive though.

Doing in wrong place
1) Embarassment. You may never live it down.
2) Arrest?
3) Rape?
Doing in right place
1) Get interest/attention you seek from whom you desire it.
2) Feel good about yourself

People may also judge you by how you dress and form improper opinions of you based on the clothing you were.
You will also attract unwanted attention from all types of people..not to mention the folks talking about you!!!
