im sure im on 8.0 version, but it says my comp doesnt support shared files. can anyone help?

Click tools, options, sharing folders and then check the boxes to enable them.

go to "tools", then "options", select "sharing folders" and make sure that the box next to "use sharing folders instead of sending one file at a time" is checked. if it isn't , try to reinstall the LATEST windows live messenger version.
