Have you read about them and interviews in the newspapers? Today I heard one branch tried to make you dance before your interview to calm you down! My tip would be get your best dancing shoes on and get ready for the Jacksons Blame It On The Boogie (that was the song to dance to!). Seriously though, do some research so you know a little about the company and be well prepared for the interview. Good luck.
