if you want to play a game you bought in a store, first check to make sure that your system supports the game. it could be that your laptop is too old, and doesn't support the graphics or sound card. in that case, I'd say either upgrade your laptop or buy a less current game.

could you be more specific, and also you may want to tell us the problems you are having...

If there are not any problems then all you need to do it put the CD in and it should run, if not you will need to click on the start button and then select the option "run".

Once you have done this then in the game case or manual it should tell you what to type to run the game.
