If you just want one for your own purposes you can use the paint program, and make the map as detailed or non-detailed as you want.

Its super-easy to just use squares/rectangles tool and put together a bunch of different parts of a building.

You can use Microsoft Paint. It is one of the Accessories programs in Windows. You can use the line drawing tools to make your diagram. This is a cheap solution.
