i know from my personal experience that the PSP is the best. i dont know about the webcam but the psp is small and packs quite a punch. if ur willing to dish out the bucks then maybe go for the ps3 or what i consider a cheaper version of the ps3 by microsoft the xbox 360. dont get nintendo, its problematic and useless. personally i prefer the psp

Wii
Coz they've changed the whole attitude of gaming, Wii is the reason we play games and not otherwise
Gamecube, PS and Xbox kinda have versions once in a while. I would stick with Wii
I think Wii is inventive, others share the same league

DS- the picto chat u can type messages & draw pictures 2 your friend in the nxt room of your house and it plays gba games as well. :)

psp would be the best everything you need is in one console.
