they say that pregnant women after they have been pregnant before feel the baby moving around earlier because they know what it feels like, i am 13 weeks and i swear i feel the baby move once in a while, this is my third pregnancy, first was a miscarriage, second was pre-term labor and my son was born at 30 weeks, so i think i feel the little "gas bubbles" too, and who knows its either the baby or actual gas bubbles LOL either way i think its possible.
good luck to you!

you sure can feel it earlier. You are more sensitive to the movement but it will be like little flutters.
The more children you have the more you can feel things. Your braxton hix contractions will become stronger too and can be kind of worrisome for you so ask the doc if you become worried.
I know many times the men docs will tell you you cannot feel the baby so early but then when was the last time they were pregnant.

It very well can be. On my 9w ultrasound the baby was already moving but I couldn't feel it. You do feel movement's sooner after your first pregnancy---well some do. Enjoy it Hun and congrats.
