i want to know is there any method of converting sound energy or noise into electrical energy

Essentially, this is what a microphone does. As the compression waves strike the diaphragm of the microphone, a coil is moved through a magnetic field, thus producing current. The signal is small, so amplification is needed in order to produce a larger current that can either be transmitted or recorded. Unfortunately, it wouldn't produce sufficient energy if you're thinking of using it as a new source of electrical power.

It's pretty simple actually.

For Materials:

Manual generator, an inverter, a high voltage transformer, 6 HV capacitors, some wire and a metallic mug.

Participants: 3 guys
One standing up.
Two guys sitting on two metal stools.

Begin:
Now you instruct the guy on stool #2 to grab hold of the manual generator and to start spinning it real quick, when he hears the sound of a loud Slap followed by some noise which may sound like some choice expletives (@%$#^&$#^$$$&).

Now instruct the guy standing up to Slap the guy on stool #1 as hard as he can.

If done correctly, guy on stool #2 should hear a Slap and some %#%$%@%@@!^$#^ from guy on stool #1, and should therefore start spinning the generator.

This will now produce a DC current which will go through an inverter (converts to AC) and then to the transformer.

The transformer will increase the voltage an charge the series of capacitors.

Now the capacitors will be wired (one wire) to stool #1 and (one wire) to the mug.

After the initial Slap, the capacitors should become charged and and this point the guy standing should offer the guy on stool #1 some beer as a gesture of peace (in the metallic mug of course).

Assuming all things are going according to plan, the guy on stool #1 will touch the mug and discharge the capacitors, while at the same time signaling the guy on stool #2 to rotate the generator.

This is what some folks like to call a perpetual motion machine.

Now, many poeple don't believe these machines actually exist, especially since the guy on stool #1 will never admit to it, but from what you can see, it's fairly easy to make one.

Hope this helped.

Sorry, couldn't resist!

Sound energy is a form of kinetic energy, or energy resulting from something moving. Once you have something moving, there are various ways of creating electricity, such as moving a coil through a magnetic field, exerting force on piezo crystal, compressing a metallic container arranged to be an electric capacitor, moving a mirror on which a light beam is shining, and many others. These are the techniques which have been used to make microphones, which is what we call a device that converts sound energy into electric energy.

Sound skill may be converted into purely approximately the different style or skill (aside from nuclear skill). in spite of the incontrovertible fact that, air isn't a reliable transmitter of skill and convalescing skill from noise polution does not be very manageable. The loudest recorded noise (that I even have learn) grew to become into the blast from a Saturn rocket at Cape Canaveral, Florida. The sound waves (rarefactions and condensations) varried from close to vacuum to 2 times(?) atmospheric stress. you will desire to harness such huge sound stress yet does not desire to be everywhere close to it. I additionally examine that a Frenchman(?) invented a giant compressor-pushed police whistle almost as huge as a automobile that generated a noise so low in frequency that he would desire to no longer hear it in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it grew to become his insides into jelly from the vibrations. additionally even regardless of the undeniable fact that a huge symphony orchestra can artwork up a sweat in line with risk playing allegro FFF! they only impart some watts of skill to the air in the stay overall performance hall. so which you're maximum appropriate in concept yet would desire to truly detect a extra efficient (and extra secure?) skill of acquiring skill. reliable success.
