I am sure they have all the episodes on http://www.youtube.com but they are probably in 3 parts....
If you search "prince of tennis 1" and keep changing the number with the episode i'm sure you will find them all.
I mean, they have all 215 episodes of Naruto on their why wouldn't they have Prince of Tennis? ^_^

On YouTube. But it is only with luck that you can find ALL the episodes. The Nationals can be easily found, though. For the rest, I wish you the best of luck. ^_^

they used to have them on www.crunchyroll.com but since viz media liscenced it they had to remove from their website but u can still watch the ova there
