Actually the Chinese are better at becoming capitalists than Americans are. They are born entrepreneurs. After all look at all the Chinese restaurants through out the world.

The people of China are definitely evolving. The government makes it difficult for some people to change jobs or even go to college, but there are many more opportunities than 10 or 20 years ago.
If someone wants a job in a different city, they need to requests permits and sometimes it can take over a year (imagine that)!

Chinese are not communist. That what the government claims to be, but they are really not.
