What is restless? I am always doing something. I have 2 kids and I am always doing 2 things at once... I'll watch a movie and fold washing at the same time, study and stretch at the same time, have a morning walk while talking to my husband and kids about plans for the day, and when I get time alone I cant just stop, I will read and listen to music at the same time, and when I clean I always use that time to chat on the phone to friends and relatives!!! Is that restless? I can only relax while meditating,( I have to rub beads and humm çause I can't sit still), or doing yoga- which is STILL actually doing something... I dont know many people who can just...BE...

Yes Sir, Grassy has restless leg syndrome. Grassy taps his leg and foot to great rythm and blues. It started at an old Allman Brothers concert. Remember Greg Allman?
