I've noticed that with the new IE7, that message appears. I think it's for that "new security" issue fixes. But does anyone know why that pops up? Or if anyone knows how to deactivate that message?

It's a safety/security feature.

Sometimes popups or ads on a website will redirect you to their website just by rolling your mouse over their ad (no clicking necessary). In order to prevent this, Microsoft added the 'click to activate' feature.

they are called active x controls that are needed for certain features to function on the web page...
