depends on the situation if I try to lie and person obviously knows I'm lying then I get all red. and give myself away. If it's a little white lie, I can get away.

Yes , but it makes me feel guilty, so first I lie and then I tell the people that I lied.........it brings me to a bit awkward situation, but at least I have clear conscious and I can sleep in peace.

I once heard even the truth can be made up if you know , "how" to lie... .know how to? ...yes....do i ? --- can't even get away with trying to lie---- it instantly pierces my soul and i start to weep...no lies for me...i can't survive them even if i tried !
