when you buy in ebay..you have to read everything
some of the stores..only ..ship or do invoice on one day a week..and it is posted in their sites.
the stores also post the days they ship
they post phone numbers
they also POST in all ads IF THEY GIVE REFUNDS
you have to read everything..
you should be having a pleasant experience from ebay.
even if you ask a question in "ebay's help".. they send an email back that your official response will be ..24-48 hours
the "EBAY" HAS A PROCESS TO FILE A COMPLAINT..
and in the help window.. they ,ebay, will email you back on how to file this process...and to the end of the process is ap. 3 weeks if filed properly..

Contact the buyer and ask if they are going to pay. Give them a time frame. Pay by such and such date. If they do not comply file negative feedback and a non paying bidder complaint. The good news is you haven't shipped the item. You can relist it and get it sold.

you can provide negative feedback to Ebay on the buyer. This will give the buyer a negative rating & eventually may have the buyer removed if he/she continues to do this.
