Check your water perimeters, If you don't have a test kit take a water sample to a pet store and they will test for free.

Vacuum your gravel and do a 25% water change. Make sure the new water is free from chlorine.

Add air stones to the tank.

Make sure the temp of your tank is what your fish desire.

Check for disease and you can treat for disease just in case!

A lot of factors can affect your fish. Water temp, Ph balance, and ammonia levels are the most common. Check those things first.

Sounds like oxygen deficiency. Have you got enough plants? Is the filter working? Have you cleaned the water?

could be stress.have you done water change .done water test.want type of fish. fresh water. salt water.could keep going on.could do with more info.

my fish does that too, i think my one is quite old, i have two more in there and they are fine, but he is always at the bottom. i think mine might pass away soon. its nature, you cant stop it.

Does the water temp. stay steady? If not, need to KEEP same temp.
